GINNY JIKO WHITELAW
Ginny Jiko Whitelaw is an 86th-generation Zen master, Chosei Zen priest, and founder and CEO of the Institute for Zen Leadership. She began her Zen training under Tenshin Tanouye Roshi and Hosokawa Roshi, and continued under Greene Roshi, from whom she received inka. For more than 25 years, she has also developed whole leaders, integrating mind and body as one, working at such companies as Novartis, Dell, Merck, T. Rowe Price, JPMC, and Ascension Health. The author of 4 books including The Zen Leader and the award-winning Resonate, she also co-developed FEBI® – a personality assessment linking mind and body. Formerly the Deputy Manager for integrating NASA’s Space Station Program, she holds a doctorate in biophysics, as well as a 5th degree black belt in Aikido. Whitelaw Roshi’s current focus has been to bring Zen training and Zen leadership development to a global audience. She is a regular contributor to Forbes.com on leadership strategy.
