ONLINE INTRODUCTION TO ZAZEN
For new Chosei Zen students, this interactive “crash course” introduces our style of Rinzai Zen seated meditation and hara breathing.
Materials Recommended:
Yoga mat or large blanket
Cushion or firm pillow(s) to sit on
Room that is quiet or has a door to prevent distractions
Enough room to enable you to stand and swing your arms
Laptop, pad, or smart phone that allows video calls
Internet connection and ability to connect to Zoom
