ONLINE ZEN CLASSES
All Chosei Zen students are expected to practice zazen (seated meditation), and most also practice a martial art and a fine art. The goal is not just become proficient in the art itself, but to deepen our Zen training. Please also see our site on online intensive training.

Shakuhachi
Shakuhachi (bamboo flute) class meets on Wednesdays, at 6-7:30 pm CT and 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of month at 1-2 pm CT (8-9 pm CET), led by Joe Kizan Pittelli Sensei.
The shakuhachi classes requires a special Zoom link.

Hara Development
Monthly drop-in Hara Development practice and consultation on last Saturday of the month at 7:30-8:30am CST (after Daily Zazen), led by Kenneth Setsuzan Kushner Roshi.
