The Yin Only Zazenkai will yield and nourish you, providing a balance to our Western yang lifestyles and training methods. Using various practices, including Yin Yoga and SATYA (Sensory Awareness Training for Yoga Attunement), you will work with your deep ‘yin’ tissues of your ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks, and bones. During the training, we will also break down the Zen Ten and add some other helpful poses. There will also be a good dose of Zazen and vocal work to help tune the human antenna.
The zazenkai will be led by Andy Robins in the UK and last 9 pm - 6.30 am UK time (10 pm - 7:30 am CET). Students should be able to sit for 45 minutes and be familiar with hara breathing. Students from the US will also join (check here for US times). You can register here.
