Intro to Zazen (Online)

Are you new (or returning) to meditation and want to learn the fundamentals?

This “crash course” will introduce you to our form of Rinzai Zen seated meditation and hara breathing. You will learn:

  • the physical fundamentals of how to meditate: posture, breathing, and concentration

  • how to practice hara breathing

  • what types of training are offered by Chosei Zen

You will receive personalized instruction and be able to ask questions. Find more information here.

This class is offered monthly on the first Sunday at 10-11:30am CT/ 5-6:30pm CET. Please register below

Chosei Zen is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization powered by contributions. Participants are encouraged to leave a donation.
